We will redo any service at no cost to you if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work provided by: Telling us immediately before leaving the salon.
Contacting us within 3 days after your service
Any issues reported longer than 3 days from the original appointment date will not immediately be considered as a redo but will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.
As soon as you have walked out the salon door that means you have accepted and are happy with the service provided to your nails.
We will charge you for the costs of any repairs or replacements that we have to carry out because of damage that you have caused or you don’t like your color which you choosed anymore or was done by another salon.
GEL MANICURE:
-We will provide complimentary repair Gel Manicure services if you report to us via phone or online booking no later than 5 days after your initial service date at our establishment.
– After 5-9 days from the initial service date at our establishment with a report/notice via phone or online booking, we still offer 50% off for repairs.
– We will not be responsible after 10 days from the initial service date at our establishment without a report/notice.
SNS DIP POWDER & GEL X:
-We will provide complimentary repair SNS dip powder services if you report to us via phone or online booking no later than 7 days after your initial service date at our establishment. After 7-11 days from the initial service date at our establishment with a report via phone or online booking, we still offer 50% off for repairs.
We will not be responsible after 12 days from the initial service date at our establishment without a report/notice.
REGULAR POLISH:
– We will provide complimentary repair regular polish services if you report to us via phone or online booking no later than 2 days after your initial service date at our establishment. We will not be responsible after 3 days from the initial service date at our establishment without a report/notice.
*Please call or book online as soon as possible for any issues to schedule an appointment for repair.
*We will not guarantee the availability for repair with walk-ins. Please set up your appointment prior to ensure your service.
*We have a NO REFUND policy on services completed at our salon.
*Please have your receipt ready to confirm the date of your services and the technician who provided the services.
Life is hectic and sometimes just plain crazy, either you have something urgent happening. I get it! Please call if you think you will arrive more than 10 mins late for your nails appointment. and then let me check If I have another appointment scheduled and If I have enough time to accommodate you, If not I will have to reschedule your visit for another day because it will interferes with another client’s appointment time.
You will be charged a fee of 40% of what your service total would be.
If you fail to contact the salon and miss three consecutive appointments, you will not be able to schedule future appointments. However, you are welcome to visit us as a walk-in.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR LOST OR DAMANGED CELL PHONE OR PERSONAL BELONGINGS.
We take ONLY Visa and Mastercard credit cards, non-pin debit cards, and cash. Your manicurist will receive her full tip no matter what your payment method is. Tip are not pooled nor are any service fees subtracted from them. We do not take deffered payments, nor will we allow you to run to your car toget your wallet. Please ensure you have payment with you before you arrive for services. If you are not satisfied with your nails, we will happily fix them. If you leave the salon without paying, we will contact the police and prosecute theft of service to the fullest extent of the law.
Please be respectful to the people around you who are trying to relax during their nail services. Set your phone to vibrate, and use a moderate speaking tone if you need to take a call. Hands free devices are strongly encourages so that you don’t contaminate your nails with dirt and oils from your hair and face during a service. Additionally, pay attention to your manicurist! Having to repeatedly wait for a hand to become disentangled from a cell phone slows down service times, and can make both you and your nail technician late for you and your nail technician late for your next engagement. We appreciate your understanding.
